Friday Jan 21st • Pop-Up Dinner With Leif • 7-10PM
Leif Hedendal, of Cooking With Leif, is hosting an 8-course dinner at Local 123. Leif was featured in New York Magazine for Foragers and Chefs recently. Wine pairings, wines by the glass or bottle, beer and other tasty beverages will be available. Corkage is $15 per bottle if you bring your own wine.

Sat-Sun Jan 22-23rd • Wild Kitchen Dinners • 6:30PM
Each Wild Kitchen dinner is a community affair. We sit together, eat together, and talk together. Everyone sits and eats at communal tables, while the forager explains the wild ingredients in the dishes and why we used them. Tickets are very limited, so please sign up soon. So we can help make sure more people get seats, we are having three nights of dinners this month. Same time but different place andt menu.

Sunday Jan 23rd • DIY Tea • 3-5PM
DIY’ers drink tea. DIY’ers should be able to make their own tea. In this class, you will learn the basic types of teas and blending ingredients to become a tea sommelier in no time! We will start class with a cupping & learn to taste the different varieties & blending ingredients. You’ll learn charming techniques for blending the dry ingredients and let you go nuts creating your personal blends from there. By the end, you will walk away with a new appreciation for tea and two hand crafted blends of tea to take home for your friends and frenemies to enjoy. Oh, and no doilies or loud hats allowed.

Saturday Jan 29th • Napa Redux • 6-10PM
For Noble Rot’s first event in the Napa area, they will host three hand-picked progressive winemakers from the region in a luxurious home in the town of St. Helena, CA. Expect winemaking fetes, philosophies, barrel samples, and insights of these winefolk.
