Watercress Pesto

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh watercress, stems on, rinsed well
1/2 cup cilantro,  stems on, rinsed well
1/2 cup walnuts
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it forms a thick paste and no large pieces remain.
