Ongoing • House of Air • 6-8PM
House of Air is an indoor trampoline park located in the historic airplane hangar at 926 Mason Street in the Presidio of San Francisco, California. The athletic and recreational facility is host to open trampoline jump time, aerial and physical training on trampolines, trampoline dodgeball and basketball, and fitness classes. They cater to group events, including birthday parties, corporate events, family events, and fundraisers.
Thursday Sept 16th • SFMOMA Now Playing • 6-8PM
Now Playing remakes the museum as platform, stage, and promenade, inviting artists to animate SFMOMA in unexpected ways. Experience the Atrium as projection chamber, food as education and art, and artists playing the architecture.
Thursday Sept 16th • Daring Pairings: A Master Sommelier • 6-7PM
Bringing to bear a wealth of knowledge and experience, master sommelier Goldstein offers some novel approaches to unusual wines. Each wine description comes with a wealth of information about nomenclature, geographic origin, and production. He inventories not only the sorts of foods that match well with specific wines but also those whose flavors clash with or obscure the wine’s best characteristics.
Thursday Sept 16th • Hooked On Plastic • 7-9PM
Please join us for an evening of short films and panel discussion highlighting the spiraling problem of plastic pollution in the oceans, on land, and inside of our bodies. Featured speakers include Manuel Maqueda who will explain multiple ramifications of the plastic pollution problem and what the Plastic Pollution Coalition is doing to empower action and raise awareness about the issue as well as viable solutions; Beth Terry will give insight on how to live without single-use plastics, and Judith Selby Lang will discuss how making art out of these disposable materials can inspire the public to reflect on their own habits and become proactive.
Friday Sept 17th • Farm Tour • 8-5:30PM
Travel with CUESA to the rolling hills of Petaluma. Tour attendees will see the goats and cows in their pastures, learn about how they are raised and milked, and get a close look at the cheese- and yogurt-making processes from start to finish. The tour includes lunch made with farmers market ingredients.

SLOWdown! with Fix Fell next Friday, September 17th, all day for PARK(ing) Day. The Wigg Party is serving FREE TEA – chai and a variety of herbals to choose from, BYOC! (Bring Yer Own Cup). And they are serving CHILLOUT – in the form of music, + our parking-space lounge with lots of comfort to park your person in, + a chance to hang out with the folks of Fix Fell and other groups working for livable streets in San Francisco.
Saturday Sept 18th • Homegrown Market • 12-6PM
The sellers at the Market are cooks from around the Bay Area.. The Homegrown Marin Market gives culinary wizards a place to showcase their mouthwatering goods and for you, our members, to relish in their creative cookery. This is your opportunity to try local artisan goods and savor all that Bay area fare has to offer. Visiting the Homegrown Marin Market means not only supporting local food entrepreneurs but transports you to a world of gastronomical pleasure.
Sunday Sept 19th • Urban Food Foraging Tour • 11-2PM
This interactive walking tour will guide participants on an easy trek to find readily available fruit growing on public land in and around San Francisco’s popular Mission neighborhood. The tour will conclude at 18 Reasons for a tasting of the collected fruits. Tour led by Asiya Wadud of Forage Oakland.
Monday Sept 20th • Eating for Haiti • 7PM
Photographer and cook Eric Wolfinger will prepare a special dinner at Outerlands to benefit Mari-Med, an organization that brings health care training and aid to Haiti. Wolfinger will be serving a five-course meal with wine pairings, each course inspired by a different place he’s traveled. The dinner is tax deductible and reservations can be made by emailing Eric at [email protected].
Monday Sept 20th • Free-Range Underground Dinner • 7PM
Join Local Kitchen and Chef Daniel Isberg for a special Monday night Free Range 4-Course Dinner. The dinner will highlight the wonderful abundance of great chefs, food and libations we have available to us locally.
Weekday Sept 29th • Fair Trade Month Kick-Off Party • 7PM
October is the seventh annual Fair Trade Month and Club Dine In! is excited to join Trendy Lime and Fair Trade USA as a media partner for this year’s biggest fair trade party on September 29th. Taking place at the greenest bar in the United States, Temple SF, the kick-off unites Fair Trade USA’s diverse corporate, nonprofit and stakeholders in more than 100 events, promotions and fund-raising activities across the United States. Through these events and celebrations, Fair Trade USA aims to generate awareness of Fair Trade’s comprehensive approach to social, economic and environmental empowerment and sustainability among farming communities in the developing world.
